Final2“Knowing is not enough; we must apply.
Willing is not enough; we must do.”
~ Johann Wolfgang von Goethe ~

Why did I write this book?

First, it was a way for me to reflect and collect my own thoughts on what has worked and what has failed in building teams based on my experience over the years in building teams. I managed to consolidate my learnings into three habits and fiive strategies in building high performing teams. I’ve had the pleasure of interviewing amazing leaders from many fields crosss the world to listen to their experience as well as to validate my thinking on these three habits and five strategies. What you wil read here will be our collective thoughts and experience. You can buy the book below or simply make a donation to the causes where all my proceeds will be directed.

100% of proceeds from the sale of the book is devoted to supporting two projects:

  • 50% goes towards Shanthi Foundation build the first ever palliative care hospital in Sri Lanka
  • 50% goes towards the work my wife Kali and I are doing to support children in need through our foundation Letkidsfly.org.

In leadership, there is nothing worse than procrastinating on an idea with no intention to move forward. My hope is that you read this book and see how you can make use of these 3 habits and 5 strategies to guide you in further improving your team’s performance.
